We are looking for smart and result oriented Recruitment Partners to source various categories of manpower from different sources on a continuous process.
The following JD is self-explanatory.
The Recruitment Partner (RP) will become an integral part of Pappytech Solutions Pvt Ltd and will be responsible for sourcing candidates for all category of profiles from time to time
Posting Job ads and sourcing candidates on behalf of the company for various profiles form time time
Conducting preliminary screening followed by telephonic interviews to shortlist as per company policies
The JD’S applicable to various candidates will be communicated to you from time to time.
Setting up personal interviews for final rounds of selection as per company calendar
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have knowledge of end to end Recruitment.
Must have Good Communication Skills.
Should have worked with hiring sites like indeed.com, naukri.com
