Job description
Shell Infotech is seeking an experienced Female Senior HR executive for a full-time onsite role in Hyderabad.
4+ years of experience in HR Management with a focus on HR Generalist End-to-End Activities, Offer Letter, Payroll, Attendance & Timesheet Management, Onboarding/Joining Formalities, EXIT Formalities, BGV, Leave Management, and Employee Database Experience with HRMS Tools is an added advantage.
Hike Discussions, Employee (consultant) Relations, Employee Grievances, Documentation, Management Reports, Admin Activities Ability to multitask and prioritize the daily workload. Demonstrated the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Organizing team-building activities along with festival celebrations. Positive with a can-do attitude. Act as a primary point of contact for contract employees HR-related queries, concerns, and requests for information.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
