Job Summary
• Female Candidate with HR Manager role with 10-12 years of experience, must be able to handle the work pressure alone as it is individual contributor.
• We prefer female candidates who wants to join after a break
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies
Administration of payroll & statutory compliance. Serve as contact person for employees and vendors regarding Payroll
Handle Onboarding activities exit formalities and complete all the Full & Final statements.
Employee Grievances handling ,Manage Statutory Compliance (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity) and coordinate with Vendor for the same.
Administration & query resolution for PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF and other statutory provision
Planning and executing various employee engagement activities like festival celebrations, annual day, milestone achievement etc
Key Skills
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
Required Experience and Qualifications
10-12 yrs experience in HR domain
Female only
Not more than 34 yrs in age
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 to ₹50,000.00 /month
