Department : Human Resources
Qualification : MBA(Human Resources)/MHRM Regular Degree only.
Experience: 5-10 Years
Work Location : IDA Uppal,Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
1. Should have experience in Business partnering, HR Operations and Statutory compliance.
2. Work closely with HR Lead to create and develop Employee engagement programs and deliver those programs to create a more engaging work cultural environment.
3. Should handle employee relations (one to one interactions, Skip level meetings & Employee counselling..etc) of 450+ workforce.
4. Should have experience in handling employee grievance related to Medical Insurance, Salary..etc.
5. Experienced in policy development, administration and application.
6. Assist with organizing the induction training and onboarding for new joiners. Should have experience in handling employee grievance related to Medical Insurance, Compensation and benefits..etc.
7. Should handle HR Operational functions like Payroll processing, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Attendance Management, Leave Management, Group Medical Insurance, GPA, Exit Mgtetc.
8. Shoud have experience in facing ISO audits, documentation and implementation of SOPs and maintaining ISO related data and records.
9. Proficient to handle HRMS Applications, MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint), Outlook..etc.
10. Should be able to create and maintain HR dashboards with various HR Metrics in HR Applications and in Excel.
11. Good at Presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills.
