Conduct preliminary interviews of potential candidates.
Create interview notes on the key skills and parameters like knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics.
Recruiting candidates within a preset timeframe for continued business productivity.
Creating Talent Pool of Candidates for future requirements in Bullhorn.
Timely update on Bullhorn with status from job posting to all the process.
Timely follow up with clients on feedback or status on the profile working.
