Full Job Description
Ideally females candidates with min 3years in managing Jr till Mid level and sometimes Sr level NON IT assignments.
This permanently WFH investing to design their own time of 6 hrs between 10 am-5pm Monday to Friday (with 30-45 mins lunch break) 1st and 3rd Saturday 5hrs and rest 2nd 4th Saturday off.
Flexibility is there as when needed during emergency but same time accountable and responsible of mandates managing.
Job responsibilites:-
Handling end to end recrutiment cycle
sourcing CVs & job posting:Various plarforms like free job sites, linkedIn and other sources. Candidates must have worked and source cvs through free job sites
Excellent in Telephonic screening with candidates, formatting of cvs as per Firm policy, schedule interviews, offer negotiation, follow-up and coordination at all stage till replacement policy
Candidates should have Mobile, Internet connection and Laptop or PC in working conditions
Internal coordination with the Director and basic Excel sheet tracker or client tracker if any needs to maintain
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 34-38 per week
Salary: ₹4,000.00 - ₹4,500.00 per month
