Primary Job Responsibilities:
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Builds applicant sources by researching.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants & discuss with hiring heads.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Required Skills:
Recruiting and interviewing skills with excellent communication
Hands-on experience in the HRIS system is preferred.
Hands-on experience on job portals.
The candidate should be from TA background only.
Education, Experience Requirements
5 - 8 years of recruiting experience in end-to-end Non-IT hiring.
Minimum 2 years experience recruiting in Textile industry environment(preferred)
MBA in HR specialization is a must.
