Conduct preliminary rounds of interview and salary negotiations

Maintain Daily Recruitment MIS
Connect with stakeholder on a regular basis
Create and maintain database for future requirements.
Administer and supervise pre-screening tests for all service level
Carry out Reference checks/other back ground verifications
Generate monthly recruitment MIS and cost-benefit reports
