Job description
A. Roles and Responsibilities
Induction to Exit and for providing full administrative support to the HR Managers and officers.
Maintenance of the HR Records and Systems.
Preparing or updating employment records relating to hiring, transferring, or terminating.
HR Admin Day to day activities.
Daily follow up with employees regarding attendance.
Maintain employee database.
Documentation
Coordinating with Manage for planning training and development, coordinating compensation, rewards and benefits are some of the tasks that are done.
provide day-to-day support on several HR operational matters, as well as on specific and punctual HR related initiatives such as the transformation exercise.
Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, tools and general office complications, documentation control &, etc.
Preparation of HR-related letters letters
Manage employee-related issues
HR -file handling
Any other Adhoc work
B. Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven work experience as an Admin, HR Executive, or similar role.
Experience with recruitment, administrative skills, and operations
Good communication skills
Able to multitask
Proficient in MS Office
