Handling complete end to end HR Operational activities.
Take care of Talent acquisition process.
Take care of employees background verification and medical checkups.
Take care of on-boarding and Induction for the new Joinees.
Executing employee engagement activities.
Executing complete employees Performance Management.
Handling the employees Confirmations, Incentives, Promotions & Transfers.
Take care of HR Analytics (Manpower & Attrition).
Take care of employees separations and full and final settlements.
Take care of Statutory (PF, ESI) activities.

MBA - HR
3-5 Years Experience in HR Operations
Good Communication & Organizing Skills
Good at Excel & Analytics
