Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure timely and quality talent acquisition, employee welcome & on-boarding.
Analyzing the job requirements & search suitable candidates internally & externally.
Supporting in Union related matters, employee grievance handling and legal compliances.
Build strong partnership with the internal (managers & HOFs) & external customers (vendors, institutions & ITI, managing apprentices)
Coordinating employee training & accurate record management in LMS.
Support in implementation of Olympia (MyQuality)
Manage Employee engagement activities for plant employees as per plan and report accordingly.
Ensuring QMS / HSE documentations, handle customer audits
Ensure effective management of Employee Life Cycle Management & HR- MIS
Initiating disciplinary action in case of misconduct
Wage & salary management support
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge in HR Processes
Good Communication & Presentation skills.
Good knowledge of Hiring and training
Experience of handling union is preferred
