v Managing Job Description in consultation with concerned of Manager.
v Manage & Interact with recruitment consultants for identifying suitable candidates
v Screening of resumes.
v Telephonic Interviews.
v Coordination and conduction of interviews for various entry, middle and senior level positions, offer negotiations, online offer processing etc.
v Prepare & align for Face to Face Interviews with shortlisted candidates.
v Salary Discussions with Manager of particular department..
v Sending Documents required mail to Selected Candidates for Offer Working.
v Preparing CTC breakup of the employees.
v Induction.
v Sending On-boarding Welcome mail to new Joiner.
v Sending On-boarding files to New joiner.
v Issuing of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters and Confirmation Letters.
v Preparing attendance data of all the employeesthrough Spine portaland accordingly calculating the no of days to be paid.
v Strictly implement HR & Leave policies across the offices.
v Responsible for ensuring timely and accurately of Payroll.
v Handling Payroll Team for solving discrepancy and work on HR Payroll input data
v Data inputs in HRMS portal of new joiners, sending payroll inputs to the Client.
v Taking exit forms of employees and identifies route cause and communicates the issue with Management Team.
v Preparation and processing of the Full and Final employee in the HRIS.
v Coordinating with Account Team regarding new joiners Bank details for salary Process and updating Bank details in HRMS System.
v Coordinating with CA regarding TDS.
