Preparation of periodical reports.
Record minutes of meetings and ensure compliance of the same.
Monitor tasks for all groups, Follow up for task completion of the departments.
Keep Leave Records of members, Observe Office Timings, Coordination with System Administrator for systems problem.
Hotel, Travel and Meals arrangement for Guests, Maintaining inventory record of Software, Computer Hardware, Stationary, Utility etc,
Library Management, Dealing with outside agencies for various office equipments and tools catalogues, information, brochures etc, Renewal procedure in due time.
