JOB DETAILS
1) Employee Life Cycle Management:
Maintenance of employee personal files
Edit/ update employee data in SAP / Internal Portals transfers/reporting changes/salary revisions etc.
Coordinate & ensure timely completion of probation assessments & training withdrawals
Coordinate for timely execution of PMS annually.
Preparation of data for promotion
Prepare Full & final settlement of separated employees
Prepare and disburse all types of Employee communication/letters/ Circulars
Support in preparation of manpower cost budget
Maintain Records for changes in HRIS
Preparation and updation of Organisation Structure
Preparation of internal approval notes related to HR Operations
Point of Contact for Employees query resolution
2) Compensation, Benefits & Claims:
Prepare salary revision data and upload files on SAP
Calculate & prepare of Variable Pay / Exgratia/ Rewards etc., file and upload on SAP
Process employee personal claims
Compute, collate & prepare salary payable file on monthly basis
3) Attendance Management:
Process monthly attendance, EHC, OT, Shifts, LOPs
Updating of Leaves
Attendance reports & MIS
4) Statutory Compliance & Actuarial Valuation:
Be compliant with applicable statutory and labour laws
Liaise with PF, ESIC, Gratuity and NPS Officials, Actuary and Retainers
Liaise with Bankers
5) Audits (Internal, external including statutory for operational HR processes):
Participate as per schedule and provide data to auditor
Ensure No major NCs
