Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with the management to understand the staffing requirements, source candidates through various channels, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Reporting to:
HR Manager and MD
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring
Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
Working together with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities and budget allocation for different job profiles.
Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
Using various channels to source candidates
Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
Building relationships with applicants and past employees
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
