- (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):
Manpower Planning and hiring for upcoming stores across locations of the region.
Payroll, statutory compliance is to be processed every month and to be maintained as and when required.
Design and implement a standard engagement framework for all stores to include the various facts of engagement that can be measurable and sustained in long run.
Maintain the data sanity of the HRMS system.
Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all reports as per pre-defined timelines.
Regular store visits and store HR audits across the region.
