JOB SUMMARY
(Brief about the existence of the position)
Incumbent should be having 2-5 years of experience in HR in Talent Acquisition & Management, HR travel coordination, Onboarding the talent (Entry to Exit which included Induction) along with General HR Activities i.e., PMS, L&D, Employee Engagement and C&B activities assigned as per the needs of Organization from time to time. Good hands-on experience in Statutory activities would be preferred.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Primary duties)
Incumbent should be able to coordinate the Talent acquisition, Management from coordination of requirements through job portals, social networking sites and references.
Ability to maintain active database of the resume viz Sales & Marketing positions other requirements of Lohiya Group Companies from time to time.
Incumbent must be able to handle new joinees on boarding, check & verify documentation, Employee Confirmation details to be informed to payroll.
Incumbent should be able to maintain talent management tracker on the offer, joined, and TAT for the Talent Acquisition.
Ability to handle the travel coordination & follow up on pending payments for the Interview Reimbursement & Managing needs for the HR Team.
Coordination of interviews lined up with HO & Regions for Lohiya Group Companies from time to time.
Coordinate L&D Activities for the corporate office in line with the training planned as and when required.
Able to coordinate and deal with Administration for arrangements like Stationery for training programmes, travel reimbursements to candidates and clearing the invoices due for payment and follow-up for payments etc.
Coordinate with regions and HO on the PMS front to follow up on the Objectives and end year appraisal forms and collate data of the same.
Should have knowledge of handling third party roll candidates and managing their queries and requests.
Support in C&B Activities as and when required by the payroll team.
Good hands-on experience in statutory activities would be preferred.

Incumbent should be able to handle internal customer queries and should be able to take calls or to escalate to the next level for the queries to be resolved.

Incumbent should have good hands on experience in Recruitment cycle, should be able to source manpower from various sources with minimal guidance.
Incumbent would be an integral part of Talent Acquisition for Lohiya Group Companies, incumbent must be able to get into a HR Generalist role to look into the various tasks assigned from time to time.
Should be able to handle travel co-ordination and cross functional coordination for smooth transition of work with no lax in the process.
Able to coordinate and handle employee engagement activities of the organization.
Certification in Talent Acquisition and Management would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel & PPT) and exposure to ERP Environment i.e. SAP-HR / Oracle-HRMS would be an added advantage. Should be tech savvy and able to work on varied software of the company from time to time.
Good exposure to statutory like PF, ESIC and Gratuity and other time office functions would also be a plus.

AGE: below 30 Years
QUALIFICATION: MSW / MHRM/ MBA-HR or Any Graduate with Relevant experience in Talent Management
EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY: : (Total yrs of experience)
2-5 Years of experience in handling recruitments from a Manufacturing or Infrastructure or FMCG Industry with emphasis on Talent Acquisition and Management and should be able to maneuver into an HR Generalist role would be given preference.
