Basic Function
We are looking to hire an HR Professional willing to work in US Shifts from 8.00 pm- 5.00 am to Support our Global Talent Acquisition Group.
Desired Experience & Qualification
0 to 5 years of Relevant Experience in HR Operations & Talent Acquisition.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Prior Experience in Content Writing, Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
Essential Duties and responsibilities
Manage End to End HR Operations like Drafting letters, managing employee grievances, visa paperwork like B1/B2, L1 Visas etc.
Hire US Staffing professionals (Freshers & Laterals) for our Global Talent Acquisition Group.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company's growth perspective in mind.
Keeping abreast of the industry trends
Manage Company's Social Media Pages.
