Job description
1. Record updation & Documentation
· Updation of MIS/ Exit in the system
· Location wise record keeping & updation
2. Payroll Processing
· Checking the payroll inputs
· Prepare the billing registers & get approvals of the customers on billing
· Sending the payment registers to accounts after updating salary hold/deduction cases
· Sending the Bank transfer sheets for payment transfer
· Processing other payments – Bonus, leaves, incentives etc.
· Issuing Monthly salary slips
3. Employee life cycle management
· On boarding : Issuing appointment letters to associates
· Insurance : sending add/ del data to insurance company
· Customer coordination for payment & billing related activities
· Coordinating with Operation team, answering the post payroll queries.
