Job Description for Hire to Retire (HTR) Payroll ExecutiveReporting StructureReporting to Tower Lead RequisitesEducation:Degree holder of HRM/ Accounting or any related discipline is preferredExperience (years):0-2 year of experienceIndustry / TechnologyIT/ITES industryExperience Background Experience of working in HR Shared service environmentDuties to be performed The role will be responsible for processing primary input files of payroll data. It will also be the first point of contact for any payroll related queries raised by the employees ? Understand and follow payroll procedures and payroll related inputs followed for specific Country Unit ? Undergo relevant trainings to be up to date with latest developments in payroll and / or HR policies ? Analysis of payroll data and practices, ing relevant laws, regulations and principles ? Be updated with Compensation and Benefits policy for employees Country Unit wise ? Support with Bonus and Salary increment calculations ? Maintain and update employee records on the payroll database ? Assist with communication and processing of workers compensation claims ? Comply with relevant legislation and regulations (e.g. Gratuity, PF, ESIC, LWF etc.)? Assist with month-end processes such as the preparation and reconciliation of superannuation, payroll tax and others ? Support queries from employees related to payroll, leave balance calculations, employee benefits calculations, etc. ? Provide administrative support to the Finance functions and data analysis using ExcelCompetency & Skills ? Advanced skills in payroll computer systems, including payroll software and time and attendance systems ? Good Excel skills ? Knowledge of relevant acts, regulations, policies and agreements relating to payroll administration i.e. PF, ESIC ? Understanding of payroll legislation and processes i.e. tax, superannuation ? Fluent in both spoken and written English ? Exposure to liaising with Insurance agents for reimbursements of medical claims ? Managed travel and accommodation for employee travel requests Key Result Area (KRA)? Timeliness in rollout of payroll input sheet ?
