Job description Roles and Responsibilities To handle, support, process and maintain all delegated HR issues Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details. Sourcing and head hunting relevant profiles from job portals like Naukri.Com, LinkedIn, Boolean search, social networking sites. Screening potential employees' resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates. . Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. Able to do job postings on Naukri, RMS and LinkedIn platforms. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. Preparing and sending communication, offer or emails to candidates. Coordinating new hire candidates on-boarding, joining and familiarization process. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related issues. The job role and employment arrangement is full time and work from office’ basis. Desired Candidate Profile Any graduate/MBA/PGDBM having HR specialization can be considered. Fresh candidates having above qualification with calm, confident and polite qualities are also eligible. Candidates having experience of atleast 1-2 years or more with required educational qualification. . Previous experience of airline, hospitality, travel and or tourism industries will be desirable. Capable of independently dealing HR issues with minimum monitoring, multi-tasking and functional requirements including headcount budget, employees records, attendance, recruitment/sourcing day-to-day activities. Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and applicable laws will be added advantage. Fully conversant in Hindi and English languages, knowledge of local Telugu language desired. Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
