Post Onboarding Preparing Appointment letters.
Induction for a new joiner.
joining formalities (Form submission) Introduction to all teams in HO of a new joiner. Documentation New joiner and file it. new joiner and employee engagement Employee Data Handling database in excel sheet of new employees. Maintaining employee master data every month. (Staff employees). Weekly report -Recruitment, New joiner, Exit formality. Confirmation process Every month check on employees' Probation Progress Record format shared to the reporting managers as per the employee's Department Employee engagement Participating in employee engagement activity.
