Job Overview The primary objective of the role is to manage on-boarding process to ensure a time-bound, accurate and audit compliant running of HR Operations activities and provide a consistent and pleasant experience to candidates and new joinees Key Stakeholders: Internal HRIT team, Talent Acquisition team, HR business partners, IT, Admin Key Stakeholders: External Background verification partner, Candidates Reporting Structure Role reports to Manager GEEC Experience 2 to 4 years experience in any process in large shared services organization Experience in on boarding / exit process in HR shared services will be preferred Competencies Listening and communication skills Interpersonal skills Stakeholder management Hands on experience on any global HRMS Key Roles and Responsibilities Offer stage Position code creation and modification in HRMS basis inputs from BHRs Review elements in requisitions and highlight required changes if any Review candidate details as per inputs from BHRs or recruiter and initiate corrections if required Conduct quality check on inputs received for offer creation and provide feedback to respective recruiters Create, check and extend the offer to the candidates Connect with candidate and facilitate to get online acceptance on offer Post offer acceptance Initiate online on boarding from recruitment system post offer acceptance Share details and ensure candidates complete medical check up as per the location policy Facilitate candidates to complete online on boarding tasks within stipulated time period Executive online tasks pertaining to Day 1 arrangements and Ensure Admin and IT assets are handed over to new joiner on DOJ Validate documents submitted by new joiner and ensure 100% availability of mandatory documents before joining Coordinate with candidate and admin teams to organize travel and accommodation for candidates if needed Facilitate new joinees and process expenses related to joining, as applicable Conduction group inductions with the new joinees Ensure that the mandatory learning modules are completed by the new joiner Background verification Verify documents submitted by candidates and initiate background verification (BGV) through recruitment system Address queries raised by BGV partners in a time bound manner Review the final BGV report and initiate appropriate actions as per the BGV policy Statutory compliances Review statutory forms submitted by candidates Provide inputs to compliance partner for registration of new employees in ESIC and PF, as applicable Employee master Verify and complete the data update for the new joinees in HRMS Upload/verify documents of new joinees in HRMS Ensure 100% data quality score and 100% documents of records for new joinees Process governance Prepare governance deck and represent on boarding process in monthly governance meeting with key stakeholders Implement agreed action plan and keep stakeholders informed Review feedback of new joinees received after 30, 60, 90 days of joining and initiate appropriate actions
