ob Description – HR Operations (2 years of experience required)
· Onboarding formality.
· Exit formality.
· Grievance handling.
· Issue the ID Card of employees.
· Maintain insurance data of employees.
· Documentation of all documents of employees in Zoho People & in one drive.
· Release the appointment letters & offer letters.
· Track the probation data & take feedback from the reporting manager & release the appointment letter or email for permanent employment.
· Updating employees permanent details on Zoho People.
· Maintain the data of new joiners, exit data & onboarding data.
· Needs to share the salary sheet with payroll executive including all data like, new joiners bank details, probation completion details & exit details.
· Resolve the Zoho cases.
· Maintain the e-franking data of ex-employees.
· Share the non-compete agreement with ex-employees.
· Share the experience letter of ex-employees.
· E-franking or Stamp paper the agreement of Clients. Signed the e-franking & stamp paper documents, scanned the document & courier the documents at client location.
