JOB DETAILS
Will be responsible for updation and maintenance of error-free SAP HR Master Data.
Ensure that data maintained is in accordance with the Global Data Guidelines.
Ensure that Leaders and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) have relevant accesses to their respective areas.
Responsible for generation and distribution of Key Reports to various Stakeholders across the globe.
Prepare and publish Data Quality Global Dashboards.
Co-ordinate with various Stakeholders in getting correct details and clarifications as may be required.
Review changes to Organisational Structures and take corrective actions.
Support and guide Leaders and HRBPs with system related changes during the Performance Management (PM) and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) flow cycle.
We are looking for
A bachelor’s degree from a reputed University.
2-3 years of experience working in a Large Global Organisation within HR Domain.
Computer savvy with fluency in use of Microsoft Office Tools.
Should be willing to learn, have customer focus, organized, good
documentation skills.
Should have good communications skills, be a team player, be adaptable and flexible.
Should be dependable, reliable and follow the Maersk Core Values.
Working knowledge on SAP HR platform is an added advantage.
