Roles and Responsibilities
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Framing Job Description based on the HM’s need & requirement.
2. Creating Job Posts in Job Portals.
3. Sourcing & short-listing profiles based on Hiring Manager’s requirement.
4. Conducting Initial screening.
5. Co-ordinating with candidate and panel members for further rounds of interview.
6. Onboard new joinees, preparing induction planner & coordinating for induction.
7. Maintaining & updating statutory registers.
8. Carryout TPM process successfully in the allotted Circle.
9. Identify Unsafe Working Condition, Unsafe Behavior & Unsafe Points inside the shop floor & the premises.
10. Preparing MIS reports.
11. Generate Daily, Weekly & Monthly Manpower Report.
12. Responsible for admin related activities.
13. Updating & maintaining work permit records.
14. Vendor management.
