Roles and Responsibilities Own the recruitment process from profile sourcing to On-boarding To manage the Performance Management cycle and performance reviews To drive reward & recognition program Manage grievance resolution Manage the career progression and succession planning for key Talent Aided L&D initiatives for capability building and performance enhancement Assessed training needs, assisted in designing, developing and facilitating training programs. Educate employees on HR policies and systems Analyzing & review of payroll process, input data, variance sign off, process compliance, operating internal controls, managing the team. Decision maker in all payroll processing. Review, monitor, policy implementation and actions plan of the medical credentialing process across the network hospital. Credentialing management (Medical background verification) of Medical and Para-medical staff of group hospitals. Define and strengthen HR processes: Coordinate with unit HRs to provide a seamless level of service to internal customers by proposing and improving the existing processes. Manage the New Hire and New Hire Orientation process flow and reporting. Employee data management: Drives data quality by global standards by validating data from time to time. Produces at regular intervals standard HR data reports (audits) and alerts the appropriate HR organization/employee in case of missing data. Interacts with other departments for data transfers (eg Payroll,..). Desired Candidate Profile Attendance, Payroll & Salary administration, preparing & processing for all Staffs including Doctor'sand Out source. Generation of UAN No. in PF Portal, P-Tax Return Filling, ESIC- Return Filling & Generation of IP. Current Address: Ensuring all HR Policies, Procedures & Practices are implemented. Ensuring all Vendor Payouts Related to HR & IR are paid Correctly within time. Handling day to day employee queries related to Salary, Advances, HR Policies, Payouts and etc. Leave & Roster Management - Updating leave & Roster status in time software. Preparation&Publishing several MIS Reports (Manpower,attendance, absenteeism, Cost Analysis Variance report, late analysis, time management, Over Time, etc.) and presentation of the same on monthly Basis. Preparation of Yearly, Half yearly, Quarterly, Monthly Audit Report as per requirement. (Leave En cashment Bonus, Salary P&L Report actual's and Provision, Gratuity Valuation report, Monthly and Weekly HR Overview report presentation's, Monthly HR Overview report). Preparation of New formats or Structure to record all HR Activities and Initiatives new as well as modifying old Formats as per requirement. Writing up job descriptions
