Recruitment
Actively engage in critical hires and manpower planning needs and assist Zones as appropriate
Responsible for End to End recruitment involved in full recruitment cycle across all levels and various skills by using Sources like Employee Referrals, Head Hunting, Posting on Job Portals & Portal Search, Vendor Management and Freelancer Vendors.
Issue of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Employee Data Maintenance
Monthly Analysis of exit interviews & taking countermeasure to control attrition rate
Performance Management System
Performance Management and Appraisal: Develop, revise and review KRAs on a quarterly and annual basis.Provide managers and employees with PMS tools and resources ensure smooth and proper functioning of the PMS
Support employees by addressing grievances and queries on Online PMS
HRIS; ensuring employee data is accurate
HR Initiatives and Programs
Ensure and maintain the alignment of all corporate HR initiatives and programs, implement and deliver HR programs within the business
Implementing HR practices in the corporate
Employee Relation and Data Management
To administer leave, absenteeism, irregularities of the employees.
Employee Relations at corporate office
Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by employees
Desired Candidate Profile
Education : Post Graduate in Management with specialization in HR
Experience : At least 2-3 years overall Human Resource Management operating as an HR
Business Partner in a mid-size organization
Key Competencies
Should possess strong influencing skills with people and teams
Experience operating successfully in a complex matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Relationship building, and change management skills will be essential
Significant experience and ability to use data and reporting to drive strategic decisions. A proven track record of developing organizational change initiatives that deliver real business results
Ownership and Drive for Results: Takes initiative and is action-oriented; constructive approach to challenges; possesses drive to achieve results
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
