JOB DETAILS
We are looking immediate joiners for Recruitment +HR Generalist role.
Performing HR related activities from employee onboarding on from Hire to Retire.
* Maintaining and preparing New Joiners personal file. Filling all the documents required on Joining. i.e., PF, ESI, Gratuity, Personal particulars, Nomination etc.
* Taking monthly leave and attendance and payroll inputs
* Taking care of the recruitment and hr operations at Hyderabad center
* Building Locum (Part time employees staff) pool for doctors, nurses and other medical staff
* End to End Recruitment
*working knowledge of compliances will be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile -
* Pleasing personality & excellent English communication skills
* Hand on experience on Recruitment is must
* MS excel & preparing reports as per standard formats.
* Immediate joiner within 10-15 days preferred.
* Someone who is comfortable with handing documentation and maintaining employee records with 100% accuracy as per business operational requirement.
