we are seeking an experienced HR Associate to join our team. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and assisting with employee expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on IT recruitment and a background in working with startups.
What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical positions in a highly competitive market.
Develop and execute employee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention and employee branding.
Maintain and update HRIS software, specifically Keka to ensure accurate employee records and data reporting.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment and audits.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in line with business requirements.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Work closely with the leadership team to ensure HR practices and policies are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related matters.
What we seek:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an HR Associate with strong knowledge of HR operations, policies and procedures.
Experience in IT recruitment and a track record of successfully filling technical positions with high-caliber candidates.
Proven ability to manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Strong knowledge of HRIS software, payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR tools.
Previous experience working with startups, in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, able to work independently and in a team environment.
