JOB DETAILS              
1) Look after joining formalities, the induction program for new hires, maintaining employee records, offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, promotions, internal transfers etc. 2) Manage Payroll, attendance and leave records and ensure the processing of payroll on time 3) Training and Development. 4) Ensure the timely implementation of the periodic and annual appraisal process. 5) Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters Reporting. 6) Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. 7) Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. 8) Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 9) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 10) Documentation records as per ISO 11) Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations 12) General Administration 13) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 14) Handle Labour Court matters.
