JOB DETAILS
We are looking for candidates who will have to perform the following Job Responsibilities:-
1.Personnel Administration
Ensure right documentation for the new joinees- CTC/ letters/ agreements
Ensure all personnel files are updated as per checklist and relevant documentation from time to time
Do file audit and ensure closure of NCs
2.Payroll & Statutory
Salary-
Do the salary audit and ensure salary processing as per SOP and in compliance with minimum wages
Ensure payslips are sent in time
Ensure maintenance of leave records as per company policy
Statutory-
Maintain, review and update checklist for statutory compliances in respect of all labour (on-roll/ temporary/ contract)
Ensure all legal compliances (Contract Labour, Shops & Establishment, Factory Act, Minimum Wages, PF, ESIC, Payment of Bonus, Payment of Gratuity. PF ESIC Reconciliation & Audit) are complied with on time
Ensure obtaining of registrations / licenses / permits / consents / NOC and liaison with Govt. authorities and other agencies
Ensure all documentation/ records related to ABS are in norms with the specified regulations at customer site and that all statutory documents are sent to customer in time
Liaison with local bodies at sites to ensure smooth working of our crews
3.Employee Welfare & Engagement
.Timely subscription and renewal of insurances for employee like Group Personal Accident, Workmen Compensation etc.
Handling & counseling on day to day employee issues regarding their work/ personal issues
Accident case Handling & Insurance claims
4.Employee Separation-
Handle employee separation matters sensitively and timely
Handle the termination cases with all legal aspects intact and assist the Management with timely inputs
Ensure computation of Final Settlements on time and with accuracy
Ensure PF withdrawal forms are submitted in time for timely remittance
5.Departmental
MIS Reports as required by the Management
Ensure perfect ISO related documentation for the department and face audit
Criteria:
Preferably Male
Having 6-8 years of experience in hard core HR Operations (as per the JD) in industries like engineering/ manufacturing. Candidates from industries like services/ FMCG distribution must be avoided.
Can join or immediately or within 15 days.
CTC- upto 5 lacs
