Role :
25 % : HR Analytics ( Trends, Research)
25% : Employee Engagements ( Professional Engagements, Interaction with people ( Not only games/outings/birthdays))
25% : Corporate HR interventions ( Job Evaluation/ Gender Diversity / Inclusion )
25% : Driving Business specific initiative , eg : SLDP (government machinery) for the benefit of the organisation
Don’t want generic profile of talent acquisition/ payroll only . She needs to have done all the above things as well.
Excel skills are important
