Roles and Responsibilities
Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
Disciplinary Inquiries/Investigations & Actions
Draft letters and Correspondence under Disciplinary Action.
Coordination with Advocates & Draft correspondences for court & statutory cases.
Field & staff Employee engagement.
Liasioning with DTO and other govt. authorities.
Grievance handling under Employee Relations.
Monitoring field recruitment & Training.
Monitoring Labour court cases
License & statutory Registrations monitoring.
Conducting Inquiry committee meetings.
Employee Engagement/Connect.
Performance Appraisals.
Liasioning and Grievances & Operation support.
Manpower cost and other overhead costs.
Well versed with payroll and statutory compliance.
Misc. relevant assignments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have good experience of IR and labour laws & has experience in handling trade union
Must be well aware of new policies related statutory compliance and labour.
Must be experienced in handling HR metrics
Must have qualification of LLB or LLM
