Recognition - Rollout of R&R framework and deployment across formats, minimum 80% coverage and at least 60% unique employee recognition
Ensure Retention / Lower Attrition / Exit
Manage Employee Relations - Grievances redressal/response to the queries
Implementing and adopting road maps to enhancing employee experience.
Managing audits like JCI, 360, External/Internal audits, to manage Audit scores, Statutory Audits etc.

Process alignment / employee engagement (5 processes - identification, mapping and implementation as an experience )
