JOB DETAILS              
Job Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the Human Resources strategic plan and shorter term plans and initiatives to support the business strategies and promote a unified company culture. To develop and implement HR policy across all areas of the organization including improving performance, maximizing attendance and providing effective management of change. Provide leadership to the HR team and build organizational capability and effectiveness. Ensure a strong focus on internal customer satisfaction. Develop and implement annual performance review process, including training for supervisors. Develop and implement a succession planning process for key positions throughout the company. Create, implement & ensure recruitment and selection processes (requisition approval, interview techniques, assessments, reference checks, extending offers, etc.). Interview senior hires when necessary. Responsible to prepare HR budget and monitoring of HR cost as per budget. Ensure proper on-boarding, hand-holding and orientation and induction of the new joinees. Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant. Ensure right maintenance of manual and electronic documents, files and records (e.g. background information, personnel files, vacancy listings, etc.) for the purpose of providing accurate information in compliance with regulatory requirements and established guidelines. Ensure implementation of HRIS as required Ensure information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc. Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary Identify gaps in training programs and develop programs that meet the needs of management and employees. Ensure training calendar is prepared and meet the schedule Ensure that all the hospital staff are properly trained on mandatory trainings Review all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with dept heads. Implement any increases and promotions. Ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline Ensure all appraisals are in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods Maintain a succession plan for all departments Administer staff loans, advances and administrative expenses as per policy of the company. Oversee the appointment of contractors as per policy. Work with heads of other departments to develop effective internal communications (between and among management and employees) to promote morale and achieve company-wide goals. Accurately diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement them. Provide HR advice and counsel to head of other departments on HR issues. Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care. Ensure compliance to NABH, JCI accreditations. Ensure smooth Industrial Relations across the organization. Ensure effective implementation of the disciplinary and grievance procedures for all employee groups. Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc. Ensure timely compliance to all labour laws and legal matters related to HR Maintain professional relations with the industry partners To have functional overview on oncology services. Any other jobs assigned by superior.
