This role would be accountable for various “HR - Centre of Excellences” design and implementation for Corporate Office employees spread across India.
Responsible for Strategic Level Talent Acquisition and Campus Tie ups.
Responsible for design and implementation of Performance Management System encompassing KPI settings, PMS Reviews, Linking to annual Reward mechanism etc.
Responsible for HR Policies review and Improvisation.
Responsible for HRMS Management.
Responsible for Group Mediclaim Policy Management.
Responsible for Employee Engagement initiatives design and implementation.
Responsible for Training & Development initiatives
Streamlining & Standardizing various Employee Life Cycle related processes.
Would be a Single Point of Contact for all Corporate HR Initiatives deployed across India.
Desired Skills:
Independent hands-on experience of PAN India Corporate Initiatives implementation and management
Should possess experience mix of multiple “Centre of Excellences” and Generalist HR role
Should have exposure on multiple entity management.
Should possess strong MS Office skills
