Key Role Responsibilities:-
1.Quality and Timely Recruitment(& Employee Retention) direct and through Consultants
2.Handling Complete Performance Management Systems
3.Regular Training and Development of Employees
4.Ensuring Strict Compliance to Company Policies related to Leave,Data Integrity,Sexual Harassment and other Legalities etc
5.Employee Bonding and Motivation
6.HR-SAP Integration
7.HRMS Optimisation
8.Working closely with HODs on Enhancing Employee Morale and Productivity
9.Building a strong Corporate HR Team under his leadership.
10.Regular Interface with Senior Management on HR Deliverables and Progress.
11.Effective Coordination with Plant HR to have basic uniformity on HR Systems.
12.Team Building Activities and Office Celebrations.
