Job Description
1. GOAL SETTING & CASCADE
Support the goal setting process for Indus by facilitating the articulation of KRAs and their measurement for all employees at Indus
Partner with department and function heads to articulate their Kras and define measures of success
Track the completion of KRA setting for all employees, Rollout and communication
Defining Circle Performance Metrics
Work with IT to ensure the availability of the KRAs in the HRMS
Create awareness and educate employees on the process of goal setting
2. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Manage the performance cycle for Indus by ensuring adherence of appraisal process and its closure in the HRMS
Drive performance appraisal process - mid year and annual year for the circles assigned
Ensure timely closure of mid year and annual year performance cycle as per the agreed timelines
Working closely with Appraisal committee - cor circle bell curve finalization & overall performance Management
3. TALENT MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES
Execute various Talent management initiatives for Indus by adhering to the timelines and the processes
Provide inputs and support the implementation of Talent management initiatives like competency framework, Career pathing
Hi Pot identification- identification of High potential employees, work towards the development and engagement of the employees
Succession planning and leadership development- Identifying the successors for the key positions in Organization. Working closely with the Business to identify the Key talent, Develop Individual Development Plans, tracking and monitoring the same. Functional Succession planning.
Drive the initiatives by adhering to the processes and timelines for the initiative management of Initiatives like leadership 360
Minimum Educational Qualifications to perform this job
MBA/PGDBM in HR/PM & IR from Tier I institute;
3+ years of experience in at least one of the areas like Talent Management, L&D, PMS, Leadership development, Succession planning
Knowledge Required
Understanding of people practices in at least one of the areas of leadership development (360 feedback, Assessment center/ development centers); organization design, performance management processes, incentives
Skills / Competencies
Working with tight timelines and manage multiple projects
Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration)
At least 2 years of experience in managing PMS/ goal setting process for a made size company (2000 + employees across locations);
Exposure to succession planning processes and organization design/ effectiveness,
