JOB DETAILS              
1.Evaluate & assess competitiveness of existing policies. 2.You will plan, develop and implement initiatives/campaigns/awareness sessions to enhance policy awareness amongst employees Policy Wizard. Ensure compliance (of policies in collaboration with RIC) with the guidelines of the company. 3.You will be involved in Position Evaluation like C&B spoc for all position evaluations for Mid Management and above. Formulate/evolve framework for evaluation of positions. Work along with HRBPs to finalize & complete position evaluation exercise. 4.You will be taking care of Mergers & Acquisitions. Responsible for end to end integration and management of HR practices/policies in all M&A's in India. Conduct due diligence of policies and practices basis analysis of compensation practice, adherence to labor laws and various HR practices. Coordinate with various teams to harmonize policies, restructure compensation structure, manage defined benefit & defined contribution schemes for the new entity 5.Part of team communicating benchmarking principles with internal stakeholders. Demonstrated track record in designing and implementing innovative policies, M&A projects, salary benchmarking and incentive schemes.
