Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Handling end to end recruitment
2. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs in appropriate job portals.
3. Sourcing via various channels, job portals, such as Naukri, shine, indeed and all the job portals and also headhunting from professional networking websites such as LinkedIn, etc,
4. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection processes/methods to filter the candidates within schedule.
6. Marinating the track of each candidate in the HR tracker.
7. Communicating with contract employees and their respective agencies.
8. Frequent interaction with employees
9. Attendance and administration management
10. Employee engagement activates.
11. HR operations: Onboarding the new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: MBA is a must
Languages: English and Kannada
only Face to face of the interview.
Can join immediately or 15 days.
Age limit: up to 28 yrs
