*Responsibilities:*
1. *Talent Acquisition:*
- Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
2. *Performance Management:*
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Work with managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
3. *Training and Development:*
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills.
4. *HR Policies and Compliance:*
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. *Benefits Administration:*
- Administer employee benefits programs and address related queries.
- Work with external vendors to ensure effective benefits delivery.
*Qualifications:*
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
