HR Business Partner Role Grade B1 Level Associate Consultant Location Mumbai Key Responsibilities Enhance employee engagement retention in the BU Drive appropriate engagement initiatives for improving employee connect engagement and communication Devise and implement initiatives for employee retention with a special focus on critical resources Hiperformers Work with key business managers to enhance people management practices and processes in the BU HR Functional Areas Performance Management Drive the goal setting midyear and annual review activities as per schedule Ensure PIPs process Both AYR PIPs and Performance PIPs and Focus on executing the follow up actions emanating from the process Handle end to end Annual Rating calibration discussions with SL leads Handle Anniversary appraisal process Drive the process of Senior Level promotions C B Management Assist in driving salary revision exercise Assist in driving Variable payouts process Operational support L D operational Support business in driving Bench management discussion and tracking for respective SL Driving Training SL BU HR operations activities Partner with OBU Leaders and Managers to provide business support as required Grievance management and Provide SME support on resolving HR queries Onsite employees Salary processing and query resolution Other Organizational processes Own and drive all organizational processes for the BU to ensure effective outcomes and ensure process compliance Align to an open collaborative flexible and supportive culture within the team Support in any team related activity or project from time to time
