Business Development Payroll & HR Role and Responsibilities Generating lead via. Cold calling, Facebook, Skype,LinkedIn and other sources. Identify potential clients for staffing and payroll business. Meeting clients & giving presentation about our HR services. Follow up on the regular basis and send the proposal of ourcompany. Negotiate the terms and conditions then close the deal. Managing the recruitment & payroll and serving them on time. Achieving target on monthly basis. Maintain & improve relationships with existing clients for timely payment and to increase revenue. Formulating & implementing new business strategies according to the market trends. 2- 10 years 22- 32 years Desired Essentials Good Communication Skills Minimum 2 yrs of experience in developing new staffing business and HR operations. Ability to analyze and compare firms products/ services with that of competitors. Open to travel as per requirement
