ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Site HR Recruitment & Selection identifying source ( reference/ locational transfer) ; taking basic HR round ; co ordinating with site technical head for the technical round ; finalising salary with the site PM/ GM; Co ordinating with HO HR recruitment team in case of designation/ salary clarifications.
HR induction & introduction : - ensure proper HR policy & functional information as per the position is shared with the New Joinee at time of joining. Introduction to the site team including Site Supervisors , Project Managers, HoDs in proper manner. Over see that Bio metric registration is completed and E code has been generated thru HO. Appointment letter received from HO HR.
Ensure that hospitality is taken care by site admin for all new joinee.
Salary related information & disbursement : All queries related to salary Bank A/c details, deductions related to EPF ( based on the applicability) mess deductions are clarified in co ordination with HO HR.
Training : All kinds of training needs are identified based on the working requirement of the individual employee and provide the same at site by the technical specialist from Balajee team / thru Client , if possible. Also monitor with site administration team Safety, Health and environmental training as needed are given to the site team and also document the MoM of such meetings.
Performance Management System: At time of appraisal , ensure all site members participate in the PMS program and plug the loopholes related to the process example: Project manager not providing the feedback to the concern employees , in complete ratings given in appraisal forms, not completing the PMS within timeline given from HO etc.
Employee Grievance : In case of any grievance overlooked by site admin team , the site HR person need to raise the alarm and resolve at site ,in co ordination with site Project Lead or GM or if needed resolve thru HO HR / MD Sir. The separation / termination/ absconding cases need to be handled by this HR person very diligently as these are case sensitive and time bound.
Compliance & Insurance: All statutory reports are complied and returns are filed as per rules on time in co ordination with site admin and HO HR. Ensure that all insurance of vehicles, employees, assets & stocks are completed before due date and documented. Do the follow-up activities with HO HR and also independently handle insurance cases, if needed.
Full & Final Settlement : Ensure HO HR are timely informed about all absconding, long leave and termination cases and adhere to policy and provide exist clearance accordingly with the help of HO HR.
Follow up & Supervise: Oversee that all HR related activities are taken care and as needed provide the guidelines to site admin team and inform HO HR accordingly all necessary information.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
10+ years of experience in HR.
Good Communication & Management Skills
MBA in HR
