Job Profile :
Recruitment for all levels and for all Verticals.
Design and Develop formats for Annual Performance Appraisal of the employees.
Ensure adherence of the policies and practices and affirm discipline in regards to systems and norms.
Handling all Industrial Relations Employee Welfare CSR.
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
Designing induction & orientation manuals & SOPs & make sure they are implemented.
