Responsible for Factory License Renewal.
Responsible for new appointment and discharge.
Responsible for Housekeeping, Safety and plantation.
Responsible for Time office work, Salary Challan, Re turn, Declaration, Withdrawals, and departmental documentation.
Responsible for Inspection, with P.F., ESIC, Labour, Insurance etc
Salary (Payroll) and wages administration.
* Recruitment Process.
* Preparation of full & final settlement statements.
* Maintaining attendance & leave records for Regular, Staff and job appointee etc.
* Office administration and general administration.
* Handling manpower and their grievances.
* Responsible for housekeeping activities.
* Verification of all types of Bills (Traveling Bills, Medical Bills, Canteen Bills etc.).
* Personnel file maintaining for employees.
* Giving Leave (CL, EL, FL) to Staff and Worker.
* Late Coming Record maintaining.
