Telugu known qualified MHRM / MBA HR / Any Graduate with experience in the Hospitality / Hotel industry.
Talent acquisition/ Recruitment and supporting in recruitment, hiring processes, creating referral programs, updating HR policies.
Good at verbal & Non-verbal Communication skills.
Experience with full-cycle recruitment.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
Processing and obtaining Trade License and PPL from time to time and renewal the same.
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations).
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
HR departments budget.
Manage employees grievances, scheduling Townhall Meetings with employees from time to time.
Inputs to run the payroll & Statutory compliance.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
Oversee daily operations of the HR department & Time office Management.
Manpower planning for Banquet parties & hotel operations.
Manpower supporting for Banquet parties- dealing with ODC vendors as and when required.
Employee welfare, handling, manpower reports, MIS report & Disciplinary compliance.
Employee engagement activities.
