Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibility for full recruitment life cycle across all functions as per SOP and TAT.
Sourcing candidates across Recruitment Database, Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referrals, Job Fairs, Campus interviews etc.
Reference Check, Background Verification and reports.
Preparing & updating Job descriptions for each employees.
Prepare and process payroll in payroll software (Saral Paypack). TDS knowledge will be an advantage.
Overseeing leaves and attendance.
Working knowledge on statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, etc.
Onboarding & Induction.
Designing and implementing an effective Performance Management System.
Coordinating and helping HODs to develop / finalise Individual KRAs / KPIs and ensuring that it is in line with the Organizational and Departmental Goals.
Training & development and preparing training calender.
Assist in upgrading company policies, procedures and documentation.
Initiate and implement employment engagement activities.
Support in general administrative activities
Ideas in corporate gifting and coordinating with vendors.
Review & support in Travel desk, Office Insurances, vendor management, etc.
Event management
Preparation of all periodic & need based MIS
Other duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
Post Graduate in HR
8-9 years in HR generalist profile.
Handled office administration
Good working skill in MS office.
Pleasant personality with good communication & interpersonal skills.
