Maintaining an effective hiring channel / source mix, and delivering within the recruitment budget and timelines (TAT)
Lead Screening of applicants, scheduling Interviews and Position closure within targets
Conducting HR interviews to ascertain the competencies, skills and aspirations (based on competency, position, compensation, & other aspects)
Driving Internal job positing
Lead Offer Discussions and Compensation negotiations
Follow Assessment guidelines and conducting reference checks
Documentation during the pre-hiring stage & closing on Back ground verification process
Employee On-boarding
Handholding of new joinees
Responsible to manage the on-boarding process for New Joinees
Lead the planning & scheduling of Induction Programmes for New Joinees
Engage with New Joinees during first 30 days to ensure smooth experience
Talent Management
Support the Talent management activities of the organization
Develop the talent pool by Identify Hi-POT , and the emerging potential talents for development
Training needs identification
Exit Process
Manage the exit process and develop MIS and analysis on exits
Provide analysis of exits
Insights of potential exits
